These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with MakeMark Interiors Pvt. Ltd. ("MakeMark Interiors," "we," "us," or "Company") regarding website usage (makemarkinteriors.com), architectural consultations, design planning, modular fabrication, and turnkey interior execution services in Hyderabad, Telangana.

By browsing our website, submitting an inquiry, or signing an interior execution agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

MakeMark Interiors provides end-to-end interior design and turnkey execution services, including but not limited to:

• Residential and Luxury Villa Interior Architecture
• Commercial and Executive Corporate Workspace Design
• Factory-Finished Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, and Storage Units
• Civil Modifications, False Ceiling, Lighting Design, and Electrical Execution
• 3D Architectural Visualizations and 2D Space Planning

2. Consultations & Design Proposals

Initial design consultations and space planning assessments are organized upon client inquiry. Detailed 3D photorealistic renderings, material moodboards, and structural drawings will be initiated upon formal project booking. Design alterations requested after sign-off may impact timelines and require written Change Orders.

3. Quotations & Zero Hidden Cost Guarantee

We pride ourselves on 100% pricing transparency:

• Itemized BOQ: All quotations are presented as a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) detailing material brands, finishes (e.g., acrylic, PU, veneer, laminate), and hardware specifications.
• Fixed Pricing: Project pricing remains fixed once the final 3D design and BOQ are formally approved by the client, with zero unexpected hidden charges.
• Scope Adjustments: Any client-requested additions or material upgrades during on-site execution will be documented in a written variation order with pre-approved revised pricing.

4. Site Readiness & Client Obligations

To ensure adherence to project delivery schedules, the client is responsible for:

• Ensuring clear physical access to the site for our engineers, craftsmen, and installation crews.
• Providing continuous electrical power and water connections required for civil, painting, and modular assembly works.
• Securing requisite permissions and gate passes from apartment management committees, gated communities, or municipal bodies.

5. Payment Milestones

Turnkey execution is structured around clear, transparent progress milestones:

1. Booking & Design Advance: Initiates comprehensive site measurements, 2D floor zoning, and custom 3D concept development.
2. Design Approval & Material Freeze: Approves final 3D visualizations, material selections, and releases modular designs for factory production.
3. Production & Factory Dispatch: Released upon completion of precision German CNC manufacturing, prior to site dispatch.
4. Installation & Assembly: Modular fitting, false ceiling illumination, civil, and painting completion.
5. Handover: Final settlement following the 142-point quality check and formal key handover.

6. Project Timelines & Delivery

MakeMark Interiors commits to timely turnkey execution (typically 45 to 60 working days for standard residential projects from design sign-off and site readiness). While we make every effort to meet or exceed targeted handover dates, MakeMark Interiors shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, community working-hour restrictions, or client-delayed approvals.

7. Intellectual Property

All bespoke design layouts, 3D renderings, elevations, architectural drawings, and promotional photography created by MakeMark Interiors remain our exclusive intellectual property until full contractual payment is completed. MakeMark Interiors reserves the right to capture and publish portfolio photographs of completed projects, ensuring client privacy and anonymity.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any project contracts entered into with MakeMark Interiors shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
